Claidheamh Soluis (The Sword of Light), Conradh na Gaeilge’s weekly newspaper,  was published between 1899 and 1932. Amongst its editors were Patrick Pearse and Eoin Mac Néill. The paper changed regularily and was published also under other titles – Fáinne an Lae and Misneach.

An Claidheamh Soluis is coming back to digital life with the help of funding from the Department of Culture, Heritage and the Gaeltacht. For ease of use the newspaper is organised into bundles of six months, which can all be accessed below.
